How it works

Live in about a week

Onboarding is mostly us doing paperwork and configuration. What we need from you is roughly one hour, spread over a few days.

  1. 01

    We connect to your PMS

We plug into Kross Booking. Not using it yet? The migration is included in your setup fee.

  2. 02

    We take over the inbox

Messages and calls route to us. Your number stops ringing at midnight.

  3. 03

    Guests arrive on their own

Access codes, arrival instructions and follow-up, sent from your smart lock software.

  4. 04

    We handle the stay

Questions, requests and complaints resolved before they reach your phone.

  5. 05

    We dispatch your crew

When something needs hands, we brief your cleaner or handyman directly — with the context already sorted.

  6. 06

    We close the loop

Check-out confirmed, your team notified, and every review answered.

Getting set up

  1. Day 1

    A call

We look at your listing, your lock, your PMS and your crew. If we are not a fit, we tell you on this call rather than three weeks in.

  2. Days 2–4

    Access and setup

You grant access to your PMS and your lock software. If you are moving from another system, this is when we migrate listings, calendars and rates.

  3. Day 5

    Your voice

We draft the message templates and you correct them until they sound like you, not like a call centre.

  4. Day 6

    A dry run

We test the full flow on a dummy booking: codes, instructions, checkout, the lot.

  5. Day 7

    We take over

Messages and calls route to us. From this point the 30-minute commitment is live.

What a normal day looks like

Most days, nothing reaches you at all. That is the product.

  • Morning

Overnight messages already answered. Today’s arrivals have their codes and instructions.

  • Afternoon

A guest reports a broken blind. We triage it, decide it can wait, and put it on your handyman’s list for Thursday.

  • Evening

    Check-in questions, a restaurant recommendation, a late-arrival adjustment.

  • Night

A code fails. We issue a new one in four minutes. You find out tomorrow, in the summary.

Get your evenings back.

Recupera tus tardes.

Tell us about your property and we will come back with exactly what we would take over, and what it would cost.
