The uncomfortable question, answered

To do this job we need access to the lock on your property and the system that runs your bookings. That is a lot to ask of a company you just met, so here is exactly how it is handled.

  • Least access, always

    We ask only for the permissions the job needs, on your accounts, revocable by you at any time.

  • Named people, not a pool

    You know who on our team can access your property. Credentials are never shared outside it.

  • Clean exit

    Cancel and all access is revoked and confirmed in writing within 24 hours.

  • Guest data handled properly

    Guest information is processed only to run your stays, never sold or reused.

    Access is granted by you, and revocable by you

    We never ask for your account password. Access is granted through your own PMS and lock accounts, using their invitation or sub-user features, and you can withdraw it yourself at any moment without asking us.

    Named people, not a shared pool

    You are told which members of our team can access your property, and that list changes only with your knowledge. Credentials are never shared outside it, never sent over chat, and never reused between clients.

    We only touch what the job needs

    We create and revoke guest codes. We do not change your master code, we do not add permanent users, and we do not use access outside the scope of running your stays.

    Guest data stays with the stay

    Guest information is processed only to run the booking it belongs to. It is never sold, never used for marketing, and never shared with other owners.

    Leaving is clean

    When you stop working with us, every access we hold is revoked and confirmed to you in writing within 24 hours. No notice period, no retained access, no exit conversation you have to chase.
